Refund and Returns Policy — MagicFW provides digital products that become available instantly after payment confirmation. This means that customers receive full access to the files immediately, and for this reason, refunds are only possible in exceptional cases where real technical errors or inconsistencies are present. We value every customer and approach each inquiry individually to ensure fair and transparent handling. If you are experiencing issues, we strongly recommend contacting customer support first — in many cases we can restore access, re-send the files, help you open them, or provide the materials in an alternative format, resolving the situation without requiring a refund.
A refund may be approved if a confirmed technical or content-related issue is present:
• files cannot be downloaded, opened, or used despite meeting technical requirements
• the archive is damaged or missing elements that were included in the product description
• content is significantly different from the description or promised structure
• access was not granted after payment due to a technical processing error
• a duplicate payment was charged for the same order
• funds were taken due to a billing or platform malfunction
To review a refund request, proof and details must be provided:
• order number, purchase date and approximate time
• screenshots, videos, or error messages demonstrating the issue
• clarification of which materials are missing or incorrect
• information about the device and software used to open the files
• proof of duplicate charges or payment system failure
Refunds will not be issued if:
• the customer changed their mind or did not read the product description prior to purchase
• the files were successfully delivered, downloaded, viewed or partially used
• expectations did not match the content but no factual problem exists
• the issue was caused by incompatible software, outdated device or lack of required programs
• files were shared with third parties, copied or used outside of licensing terms
Most refund requests are processed within 3–7 business days, though additional time may be required for detailed review. Our priority is customer satisfaction, so when possible we provide alternative solutions such as re-sending files, extending access, offering a different format, guiding the customer with file opening, or providing a replacement product of similar value if it resolves the issue fully.
